石家庄市某公立医院资源整合效果分析

Analysis on effects of interation of health care resources in a public hospital of Shijiazhuang

采用大规模问卷调查以及访谈法等研究手段,对石家庄市某公立医院进行了现场调研,通过对该医院进行整合前后的运营状况进行比较,同时借鉴国内外公立医院整合的经验做法,根据石家庄市公立医院发展环境,对石家庄市某公立医院整合中存在的问题与不足提出对策,进而探索医疗卫生资源有效整合的路径和模式,为该市乃至全国公立医院提供良好的借鉴和尝试。

This study was based on questionaire, interviews, discussion and filed research to analyze the situation of a public hospital of Shijiazhuang before and after the integration. Meanwhile, it adopted the experience from both domestic and overseas public hospitals, and based on the local environment to propose the solutions of the problems and shortcomings that might exist in the integration process. This study also provided suggestions about exploring the pattern of integration of health care resources, and setting a new model to the local area and the whole country.
