摘要
针对35Cr Mo钢板淬火后厚度减薄的问题,对钢板厚度进行了测量和统计,并对其金相组织进行了检验,结合现场生产钢板厚度的测量数据,分析了钢板厚度减薄的原因,并提出了解决措施,提高了钢材成材率,降低了企业损失。
To solve the problem of thickness reduction after the quenching of 35CrMo steel plate, it analyzed the reason and proposed solutions by measuring and making statistics of the thickness of steel plate, examining its metallograph- icstructure in addition to the thickness data analysis of steel plate produced at the scene. These measures have improved the yield of steel and reduced company loss.
