基于ANSYS的DP钢与TRIP钢板疲劳寿命对比分析 被引量:1

An ANSYS-based fatigue life analysis between DP steel and TRIP steel plate

摘要 采用ANSYS12.0有限元软件分别对TRIP钢和DP钢进行循环应力加载分析,利用Miner损伤累积准则,对TRIP钢和DP钢进行了疲劳使用寿命系数模拟计算。结果表明:在0-560 MPa的循环加载应力作用下,TRIP钢板的疲劳寿命使用系数是0.002 6;DP钢板为0.26,疲劳寿命使用系数越接近于1,则钢板在应力幅下的累积损伤程度越大,其本身疲劳性能则较弱。DP钢板的疲劳寿命使用系数远大于TRIP钢板,即TRIP钢板的累积损伤程度远远小于DP钢板的累积损伤程度,由此可知TRIP钢板具有更高的疲劳性能。 Cyclic stress loading analysis was conducted on TRIP steel and DP steel by using ANSYS12.0 finite element software. Fatigue service life coefficient analog computation was conducted on TRIP steel and DP steel based on Miner fatigue accumulated rule. Results showed that under the action of 0-560 MPa cyclic loading stress, the fatigue service life coefficient of TRIP steel plate was 0.002 6 while that of DP steel plate was 0.26. If fatigue service life coefficient is closer to 1, then the cumulative damage degree under the stress amplitude is higher and its fatigue performance is weaker. Because the fatigue service life coefficient of DP steel plate is far more than that of TRIP steel plate, i.e. the cumulative damage of TRIP steel plate is far less than that of DP steel plate, TRIP steel plate has higher fatigue performance.
