摘要
综合实际生产中钢锭的超声波探伤及低倍检验结果,将钢锭缩孔和疏松的探伤质量情况分为5个等级,并应用此分级为锻造实心件生产中如何选择原材料提出建议。探伤质量分级为钢锭的超声波探伤代替低倍检验的研究提供依据。将探伤质量分级与低倍检验结合,对钢锭质量可形成系统性研究,对实际生产具有重大指导意义。
Integrating the ultrasonic flaw detection and macroscopic examination results of steel ingot, we classified the flaw detection of shrinkage cavity and porosity in steel ingot into five grades and made proposal about how to choose raw material based on this classification during the production of solid piece. Flaw detection quality classification provides foundation for the study of steel ingot ultrasonic flaw detection replacing macroscopic examination. Systematic study may be conducted on the quality of steel ingot by combining flaw detection quality classification and macroscopic examination. This has important guiding significance to practical production.
