摘要
针对学校常规教学工作和支教教师带徒过程中的师徒结对活动的现状,提出短期内支教教师有效带徒的策略,以实现有效带徒,促进青年教师的成长。
Aiming at school's routine work and volunteer teachers' instruction to their apprentices,the paper puts forward effective short-term training strategies to promote young teachers' progress.
