摘要
服务质量是数字图书馆建立竞争优势进而提升核心竞争力的最主要的手段之一。在比较中美两国高校数字图书馆服务质量的基础上,研究并分析两国在该领域的异同,为提高我国高校数字图书馆的服务质量提供了可资借鉴的经验。
Service quality is one of the most important means to establish the competitive advantage and enhance the core competitiveness of the digital library.On the basis of comparing the service quality of university digital libraries in China and America,the paper studies and analyzes the similarities and differences between the two countries' libraries in this field,thus providing referable experience for improving the service quality of digital libraries in universities and colleges of our country.
