摘要
基层党员领导干部应把严以修身、严以用权、严以律已、做老实人、说老实话、办老实事作为一种社会责任,作为一种人格操守,作为一种行为习惯体现在工作和生活中,使每一名基层党员干部都能真正成为一名对历史和人民负责的好干部。
Grassroots party members and cadres should be strict in morals,power and disciplining oneself,and be honest in decisions,business and behavior.To be good cadres responsible for history and people,they should follow these principles in daily life and routine work and make them their habits.
