溶血血液标本对多项生化检验结果的观察分析

Observation and Analysis of the Results of A Number of Biochemical Tests on the Blood Samples of Hemolysis

目的观察分析溶血血液标本对多项生化检验结果的影响。方法选取在我院进行体检的100例健康体检的血液标本,分别在两只试管内封装,其中,1支试管为未溶血血液标本,设为对照组,另1支试管为溶血组,分别检测两组的多项生化指标,并进行两组比较。结果溶血组与对照组的生化检验指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组的UA、GLU等指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论溶血与未溶血血液标本的生化检验指标存在差异,对临床检验工作及治疗具有指导作用。

Objective To observe and analyze the effects of hemolysis blood samples on the results of a number of biochemical tests. Methods100 cases of healthy blood samples were chosen in our hospital, which were encapsulated in two test tubes, were encapsulated in 1 test tubes, and the other was the control group, the other was the hemolysis group, and the two groups were compared. Results There was significant difference in the biochemical test indexes between the hemolysis group and the control group（P〈0.05）, Two groups of UA, GLU and other indicators were not statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion There were differences in the biochemical test indexes of the blood samples and the blood samples, which had a guiding role in the clinical testing and treatment.
