摘要
目的分析比较心脏超声监测与有创监测在容量反应性上的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月~2015年7月在本院住院的患者,共计26例。对同一病例,进行肺动脉漂浮导管血流动力学监测结束后,立即再进行超声监测。结果在使用无创超声进行各项指标监测时,发现虽然大部分结果与有创监测相比,具有很好的线性关系,但是所有结果的标准误差较大,平行性较差。结论超声监测并不能完全取代有创监测。
Objective To analysis the heart ultrasound monitoring and invasive monitoring application effect in reactive capacity. Methods A total of 26 patients were chosen from January 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital. On the same cases, pulmonary artery floating catheter after the hemodynamic monitoring, immediately to the ultrasonic monitoring. Results In the use of noninvasive ultrasound to monitor the indicators, found that while most of the results compared with invasive monitoring, has the very good linear relation, but all the results of standard error is bigger, parallelism is poorer. Conclusion Ultrasound monitoring cannot fully replace invasive monitoring.
