蓝紫光和强脉冲光联合治疗痤疮的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Combined Treatment of Acne Light Blue Violet and Strong Pulse

目的分析蓝紫光联合强脉冲光对痤疮的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的痤疮患者100例,对其使用蓝紫光联合强脉冲光进行治疗,研究其疾病治疗效果。结果在100例患者中,有92例患者痊愈,7例患者好转,治疗的总有效率为99%。对所有患者进行为期6个月~1年的随访,有90例患者没有出现复发的情况,所占比例为90%。结论对痤疮患者使用蓝紫光联合强脉冲光进行治疗,能够提高疾病治疗效果,减轻其疾病的复发率。

Objective To analyze the blue light combined with intense pulsed light on the clinical effect of the treatment of acne. Methods 100 cases of acne patients were chosen in our hospital, the use of blue and purple combined with intense pulsed light treatment of the disease treatment. Results In 100 patients, 92 patients were cured, 7 patients were improved, the treatment the total effective rate was 99%. A 6 months^1 years follow-up for all patients, 90 patients had no relapse, the proportion of 90%. Conclusion For acne patients using a blue violet combined with intense pulsed light treatment, can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the disease recurrence rate.
