全胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗支气管扩张症的临床效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨全胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗支气管扩张症的临床效果。方法将110例支气管扩张症患者分为治疗组(全胸腔镜肺叶切除术)和对照组(开胸肺叶切除术)。对比分析两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗组术中出血量、胸腔引流量、拔管时间、住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率、并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗支气管扩张症有创伤小、术后恢复快等特点。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of bronchiectasis. Methods 110 patients with bronchiectasis patients divided into treatment group(total thoracoscopic lobectomy) and control group(thoracotomy lobectomy). Comparative analysis of two groups of clinical therapeutic effect. Results The amount of bleeding, the bleeding volume, the time of the chest drainage, the time of hospitalization and the hospitalization time were less than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The total effective rate and the incidence of complications in the two groups were no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion Thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of bronchiectasis with less trauma, faster postoperative recovery.
