高龄早期非小细胞肺癌单纯放射治疗效果研究

Study on the Effect of Radiotherapy Alone in the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨高龄早期非小细胞肺癌单纯放射治疗的临床效果。方法收集2013年12月~2015年10月来我院治疗的102例高龄早期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,将所有患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,观察组（n=51）用三维适形放射治疗,对照组（n=51）用NP方案治疗,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为90.20%,对照组为62.75%,观察组总有效率比对照组高,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组不良反应总发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论高龄早期非小细胞肺癌患者采用三维适形放射治疗可提高治疗效果,不增加不良反应发生率,安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early elderly nonsmall cell lung cancer treated with radiotherapy alone. Methods 102 cases of elderly patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer were selected from December 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital for treatment and considered them as research object, according to randomly table, all patients were divided into two groups, the observation group（n=51） treated with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy, the control group（n=51） treated with NP regimen, the clinical efficacy and adverse events of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.20%, the control group was 62.75%, the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were no significant difference in the Adverse reactions overall incidence between the observation group and the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Elderly patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer using three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy can improve the therapeutic effect, does not increase the incidence of adverse occurrence, safe and reliable.
