对比分析双侧钢板和单侧锁定钢板用于股骨骨折术后骨不连治疗的临床疗效

Comparative Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Bilateral Plate and Unilateral Locking Plate in the Treatment of Nonunion After Femoral Fracture

目的对比双侧钢板与单侧锁定钢板用于股骨骨折术后骨不连治疗中的效果。方法选取我院2012年6月~2015年6月行双侧钢板治疗的股骨骨折术后骨不连患者31例作为A组,选取同期行单侧锁定钢板治疗的股骨骨折术后骨不连患者31例并作为B组,分析两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗后平均骨折愈合时间、优良率等比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;但A组膝关节屈身活动度优于B组（P〈0.05）。结论相较于单侧锁定钢板治疗股骨骨折术后骨不连,双侧钢板治疗更有利于术后膝关节屈身活动。

Objective To compare the double plate with unilateral locking plate used in the treatment of fractures of postoperative femoral bone nonunion. Methods From June 2012 to June 2015 treated steel plate on both sides of 31 patients with femoral fracture, bone nonunion as A group, select the same line of femoral fractures treated by unilateral locking plate of 31 patients with postoperative bone nonunion and as group B, the analysis of two groups of therapeutic effect. Results Two groups after treatment the average fracture healing time, such as crop was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. But group A knee bow activity is better than that of group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with unilateral locking plate to treat femoral fracture nonunion, bone plate on both sides is more conducive to the postoperative knee bow down.
