腹腔镜十二指肠溃疡穿孔缝合修补术的临床体会

Clinical Experience With Laparoscopic Duodenal Ulcer Suture Surgery

目的研究腹腔镜十二指肠溃疡穿孔缝合修补术的临床应用情况及手术操作问题,提出自己的建议和想法。方法随机选取某院2004年1月~2015年6月收治的42例腹腔镜十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者,均行缝合修补术,根据术后患者反应及临床表现,判断缝合修补术的医疗服务价值。结果 42例患者,手术成功率100%,7例患者出现并发症、不良反应症状,经临床处置和治疗后皆痊愈。结论腹腔镜十二指肠溃疡穿孔缝合修补术在临床医疗服务上表现效果显著,疾病问题处置有效、安全。

Objective To study the laparoscopic duodenal ulcer suture technique and clinical application of operative problems, put forward their suggestions and ideas. Methods Randomly selected in a hospital from January 2004 to June 2015 were treated 42 cases of laparoscopic duodenal ulcer patients underwent suture repair, according to the patients response and clinical manifestations, suture repair of medical judgment service value. Results 42 patients, surgical success rate of 100%, 7 patients had complications, adverse symptoms, are recovered by clinical disposal and treatment. Conclusion Laparoscopic duodenal ulcer suture repair significant effect on the performance of clinical services, disease problems dispose of effective and safe.
