摘要
目的应用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价正畸治疗初期成人和青少年分牙时的疼痛感受及临床影响因素。方法随机选取2012~2014年云南省委机关卫生所口腔科接诊需要分牙的正畸患者53名。男性23名[平均年龄(14.83±3.56)岁],女性30名[平均年龄(16.48±5.19)岁]。矫治初期均使用橡皮圈分牙,采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scales VAS)记录橡皮圈安放后4 h、12 h、24 h、3 d、5 d、7d的疼痛强度。结果在各时间点,分散注意力时咀嚼的疼痛值低于进食时的疼痛,差异有统计学意义;前牙的疼痛值大于后牙,成年人的疼痛值大于青少年。结论正畸分牙的初期疼痛:成人疼痛阈值较青少年低,前牙较后牙更为疼痛。本研究提示正畸治疗一开始即有疼痛发生,医师应该在治疗开始时与患者(特别是成人患者)充分沟通,降低对于疼痛的预期值,分散注意力,及减少前牙区分牙操作,有助于减轻疼痛。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the visual analogue scale(VAS) in the treatment of adult and adolescent patients with orthodontic treatment. Methods Yunnan Provincial Sanitation department of stomatology department admissions imitation bimaxillary fixed orthodontic patients were randomly selected 53 from 2012 to 2014. Male 23 [average age(14.83±3.56) years old], female 30 [average age(16.48±5.19) years old]. Analogue scales VAS, 4 h, 12 h, 24 h, 3 d, 5 d, 7 d and were recorded in the initial stage of orthodontic treatment. The pain intensity of, visual, and were recorded. Results At each time point, after a meal when chewing gum pain threshold was significantly lower than that in the diet of pain, a statistically significant difference; anterior tooth pain is greater than the value of the posterior teeth, pain in adults value than that of young people. Conclusion Orthodontic tooth initial pain: the pain threshold is low adult adolescents, anterior teeth after more pain. This study suggests that physicians should be in full communication with patients at the start of treatment(especially in adult patients), reducing the expected value of pain, dispersing attention, and helping to reduce the pain of dental treatment.
