子宫内膜异位症的综合治疗方法研究

目的研究分析子宫内膜异位症的各种治疗方法和效果。方法通过比较药物治疗、手术治疗和手术联合药物治疗效果的利弊,优选治疗手段。结果药物治疗以中西医结合治疗治愈率高、复发率低。腹腔镜手术具有微创、术后恢复快的特点。而手术联合药物治疗通常是采用腹腔镜联合药物进行治疗,临床效果较理想。结论虽然药物治疗、手术治疗及手术联合药物治疗都有一定疗效,但本研究结果提示采用腹腔镜联合药物治疗效果更佳。

Objective Research and analysis the various treatment methods and effect of endometriosis. Methods Through comparing the drug therapy, surgical treatment and surgery combined the pros and cons of drug therapy, optimizing treatment. Results Drug treatment to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of high cure rate, low recurrence rate. Laparoscopic surgery has the characteristics of minimally invasive, quick recovery. Combined drug therapy and surgery is usually laparoscopic combined drug treatment, clinical effect is ideal. Conclusion Although drug therapy, surgical treatment and surgery combined drug therapy has certain curative effect, but this study results suggest laparoscopic combined drug therapy effect is better, suggest using clinical promotion.
