无创呼吸机联合纳洛酮对老年COPD并发呼吸衰竭的治疗效果初评

Therapeutic Effect Evaluation of Noninvasive Ventilator in With Respiratory Failure

目的分析无创呼吸机联合纳洛酮对老年COPD并发呼吸衰竭临床应用效果。方法选取2014年4月~2015年5月到我院进行COPD并发呼吸衰竭治疗老年患者60例,随机进行分组,其中对照组为30例,研究组为30例,给予对照组一般常规性治疗方法,给予研究组无创呼吸机联合纳洛酮治疗方法,对两组患者的治疗有效率进行分析和对比。结果给予两组不同的治疗方法后,对照组的治疗总有效率为76.7%,研究组的治疗总有效率为90%,研究组的治疗总体有效率优于对照组,组间数据对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。讨论对COPD并发呼吸衰竭老年患者采用无创呼吸机联合纳洛酮治疗方法,效果较好,提高了患者的满意度。

Objective To analyze effect of the application of noninvasive ventilator in combination with naloxone in senile COPD complicated with respiratory failure. Methods 60 senile patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure in our hospital from April 2014 to May 2015, were randomlydivided into two groups, 30 cases of control group, 30 cases of study group, control group received routine treatment, study group received noninvasive ventilator joint naloxone treatment, analyzed and compared the effective rate in two groups. Results After received different treatment methods, the total effective rate of control group was 76.7%, the total effective rate of study group was 90%, the total effective rate of treatment group were better than control group, the treatment of the data contrast differences between group obviously（P〈0.05） with statistical significance. Conclusion The senile patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure treatment by noninvasive ventilator complicated with naloxone, effect significantly, improved the patient＇s satisfaction.
