通脊拔罐治疗肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

Clinical Study on Ridge of Cupping Treatment of Lung and Kidney Qi Deficiency of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察通脊拔罐配合西药治疗肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期的治疗前后疗效差异。方法采用自身对照方法对50例中医辨证属肺肾气虚型的慢性阻塞性肺病缓解期患者进行用通脊拔罐疗法及常规西医治疗。观察治疗前后患者临床症状积分及肺功能指标变化,进行疗效评定。结果 50例患者在改善临床症状方面总有效率为90%;患者肺功能指标用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力肺活量占预计值百分比(FEV1%)较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01)。结论通脊拔罐疗法配合西药能有效改善肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺病缓解期患者的临床症状及肺功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the ridge cupping combined with western medicine in treating COPD from lung and kidney qi deficiency. Methods Test 50 cases of lung and kidney qi deficiency type of COPD remission patients with spinal cupping therapy and routine western medicine treatment using self-reflection methods. Observe the change of clinical symptom and the change of lung function index in order to estimate the curative effect. Results The total effective rate of clinical symptoms was 90%. The FVC, FEV1, and FEV1% was improve significantly（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The results indicated the ridge cupping combined with western medicine could relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the lung function of COPD patients from lung and kidney qi deficiency.
