参麦注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效分析

Effect of Shenmai Injection for the Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的观察参麦注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效。方法选取2011年5月~2013年1月于本院进行治疗的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者74例,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,每组患者各37例。对照组患者实施常规治疗,对实验组患者除实施常规治疗外,还用参麦注射液联合治疗,对比实验组和对照组的临床疗效。结果实验组治疗总有效率为91.9%,对照组疗效总有效率为78.4%。两组治疗后心功能均得到一定程度改善,但实验组治疗效果优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。且两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论参麦注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效优于常规治疗手段。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenmai injection for the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）. Methods From May 2011 to January 2013, 74 cases with chronic congestive heart failure were selected in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group. There were 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, The experimental group was treated with conventional therapy combined with Shenmai injection, the clinical effects were compared between the experimental group and the control group after one course of treatment. Results The total effective rate was 91.9% in the experimental group and the total effective rate was 78.4% in the control group. The heart functions of the two groups were improved after treatment, but the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, P〈0.05, there was statistical significance. There were no obviousadverse reactions during the treatment in both groups. Conclusion The clinical effect of Shen Mai injection for the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure is better than conventional treatment.
