急性胰腺炎通过生长抑素联合血必净治疗的疗效观察

Through the Observation of Acute Pancreatitis Curative Effect of Somatostatin Combined With Xuebijing Treatment

目的探讨急性胰腺炎通过生长抑素联合血必净治疗效果。方法研究我院2013年5月~2015年5月收治的80例急性胰腺炎患者,分为对照组和观察组各40例,其中对照组运用基本治疗和生长抑素治疗,观察组运用在对照组基础上添加血必净治疗,分析两组患者治疗效果差异。结果治疗有效率上,观察组为90%,对照组为75%,两组差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05;在并发症发生率上,观察组为5%,对照组为17.5%,两组差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05;各指标恢复正常时间和住院时长上,观察组均短于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论生长抑素联合血必净可以有效加快治疗急性胰腺炎的速度,减少并发症,提升疗效。

Objective To investigate the acute joint Xuebijing treatment by somatostatin. Methods 80 cases of acute pancreatitis were divided into control group and observation group 40 cases in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015, including the control group using basic treatment and somatostatin therapy, the use of the observation group in the control group on the basis of adding Xuebijing treatment, the effect of differences between treatment groups were analyzed. Results The treatment efficiency, the observation group was 90% in the control group was 75%, with a significant difference between the two groups, P〈0.05, in the incidence of complications was 5% in the observation group, the control group was 17.5%, two group has significant difference, P〈0.05, the index returned to normal time and long hospitalization, the observation group were shorter than the control group, a significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion Somatostatin joint Xuebijing acute pancreatitis can effectively accelerate the speed and reduce complicationsk improve treatment efficacy.
