心理护理路径在锁骨骨折行钩钢板内固定术患者中的应用研究

Research on the Effect of Psychological Nursing Path for Improving Hook Plate Fixation for the Treatment of Fractured Clavicle

目的探讨心理护理路径在锁骨骨折钩钢板内固定术患者治疗中的临床效果。方法按住院日期单双号将70例锁骨骨折钩钢板内固定患者分为干预组(单)和对照组(双)各35例,对照组采用常规骨科护理,干预组在此基础应用心理护理路径。结果锁骨骨折钩钢板内固定患者干预组患者焦虑、抑郁状态明显改善,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理路径可以明显减轻锁骨骨折钩钢板内固定术患者的心理负担。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing pathway in the treatment of patients with clavicle fracture hook platefixation. Methods A total of 70 cases of hook plate fixation patients were divided into two groups according to hospital date, and 35 cases in each. Control group patients received conventional and conventional care, and intervention group patients received psychological nursing path. Results After the implementation of psychological nursing path, the effects of improving in anxiety and depression in intervention group better than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To carry out psychological nursing path for patients with hook plate fixation for the treatment of fractured clavicle can improve their bad moods, reduce the psychological burden.
