影响糖尿病药物治疗依从性相关因素及护理预防措施

Influential the Relevant Factors of Diabetes Drug Treatment Compliance and Nursing Preventive Measure

目的分析影响糖尿病口服降糖药物依从性相关因素及护理预防措施。方法选择2012年1月~2014年10月江苏省合德镇卫生院医院诊治108例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,参考采用Mofisky所推荐的药物治疗依从性的评价指标对患者进行评定,比较依从性好组（对照组）与依从性差组（观察组）两组患者相关因素上的差异。结果108例糖尿病患者口服降糖药物依从性好共78例（72.22%,78/108）,依从性差为30例（27.78%,40/108）;观察组年龄（66.34±14.26）岁、缺乏糖尿病知识46.67%、担心降糖药物不良反应43.33%、存在不良心理反应33.33%,分别高于对照组的（61.53±13.64）岁、23.08%、17.95%、15.38%（P〈0.05）,是影响糖尿病患者口服降糖药物依从性的因素。结论糖尿病患者口服降糖药物依从性较差,影响因素多种多样,通过健康教育、对老年患者简化用药方案及家属督促、应用降糖药物护理指导、心理护理等护理干预方法提高口服降糖药物的依从性。

Objective Analysis the factors of the relevant factors of compliance of oral hypoglycemic drugs and nursing measures. Methods From January 2012 to October 2014, 108 patients with diabetes mellitus in the Hude health center of Sheyang town were selected as the researchobject, and the evaluation index of drug treatment compliance was evaluated by Mofisky, to compare the difference between the two groups in good compliance group（control group） and poor compliance group（observation group）. Results 108 cases of diabetic patients compliance good 78 cases（72.22%, 78/108）, compliance poor 30 cases（27.78%, 40/108）, observation group age（66.34±14.26） years old, lack of knowledge of diabetes 46.67%, fear of adverse drug reactions 43.33%, existence bad psychological reaction 33.33% higher than the control group（61.53±13.64） years old, 23.08%, 17.95%, 15.38%（P〈0.05）, is factors affecting the compliance of oral glucose lowering drugs in patients with diabetes mellitus. Conclusion The compliance of oral hypoglycemic agents in diabetic patients is poor, and the influence factors are varied. Through health education, simplify the treatment of elderly patients and their families, apply the methods of lowering blood glucose and nursing intervention to improve oral hypoglycemic drugs.
