老年上消化道出血合并呼吸道感染的护理方法分析

Analysis the Nursing Method of Upper Digestive Tract Hemorrhage Combined With Respiratory Tract Infection in Elderly Patients

目的探讨分析老年上消化道出血合并呼吸道感染的有效护理方法,以提高护理质量。方法选取2012年1月~2014年12月在我院接受治疗的92例老年上消化道出血合并呼吸道感染患者展开调查分析,应用随机方式分组,其中研究组46例和对照组46例,对照组应用常规护理,给予研究组综合护理干预。对比两组患者接受护理后的护理满意度。结果研究组患者对护理的满意度（97.8%）高于对照组患者（78.3%）,对比两组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对老年上消化道出血合并呼吸道感染患者采取综合护理干预较常规护理能够改善治疗的临床疗效,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effective nursing method of upper digestive tract hemorrhage and respiratory tract infection in elderly patients with respiratory tract infection, and to improve the quality of nursing. Methods 92 patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage and respiratory tract infection in our hospital were investigated and analyzed from January 2012 to December 2014. The patients were randomly grouped. The study group was 46 cases and control group with 46 cases. The control group received routine nursing. Nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients after receiving nursing care. Results The degree of satisfaction in the study group（97.8%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（78.3%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage combined with respiratory tract infection can improve the clinical curative effect, improve the nursing satisfaction.
