摘要
目的探讨神经内科护理中对脑卒中患者实行康复护理干预的护理效果。方法选择我院神经内科于2014年4月~2015年4月收治的62例脑卒中患者,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上再增加康复护理干预。比较并分析两组患者的护理效果。结果通过3个月的护理后,观察组总有效率为93.6%,高于对照组（χ2=6.61,P=0.01）。结论常规护理联合康复护理可有效提高脑卒中患者的护理效果,有效恢复患者的神经功能,降低肢体致残率,从而有效提升患者的生活质量。
Objective In order to investigate the effect of rehabilitation care in stroke with neurology care. Methods 62 cases of stroke patients to be screened, from April 2014 to April 2015, and randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine care, observation group received routine care plus rehabilitation care. The care effects are compared in two groups. Results Observation group total effective rate was significantly higher than control group（χ2=6.61, P=0.01）. Conclusion The routine care plus rehabilitation care can effectively improve the effect of care and the effective recovery of neurological function in stroke, reduce limb disability, so as to effectively enhance the quality of life of patients.
