颅脑外伤术后的重症监护室护理分析

Analysis of Nursing in the Intensive Care Unit After Craniocerebral Trauma

目的研究如何进行颅脑外伤术后的重症监护室护理,探索重症监护室护理对颅脑外伤术后的重要作用。方法选择到我院进行治疗的颅脑外伤患者60例,随机分为两组:观察组和对照组,两组各30例。对照组采用常规护理的方法,观察组采用重症监护室护理的方法进行治疗,对两组患者在颅脑外伤术后的护理进行分析,观察两组患者在治疗颅脑外伤术后的显著差异。结果重症监护室护理的患者大多数经过后续治疗都得到康复,陆续出院,而未进行重症监护室护理的患者存在不少并发症,严重影响患者的健康。两组患者在颅脑外伤术后的恢复情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论进行颅脑外伤手术的患者中,得到重症监护室护理的患者的康复率高于进行普通护理的患者,实施颅脑外伤术后的重症监护室护理能帮助患者及时治疗,减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To study the nursing care of critical care unit after craniocerebral trauma, and to explore the important role of nursing care in patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods 60 cases of traumatic brain injury in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group, two cases in 30 groups. The control group using conventional nursing method, observation group using the method of intensive care nursing care, the two groups of patients in the treatment of brain injury after analysis, observe the two groups of patients in the treatment of traumatic brain injury after the significant differences. Results Most of the patients in the intensive care unit were recovered after treatment, and the patients were discharged from hospital, and there were many complications in the patients with severe nursing care, which had a serious impact on the health of patients. There were significant differences in the recovery of the two groups of patients after traumatic brain injury（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with craniocerebral trauma surgery, the recovery rate of patients with severe care is significantly higher than that of ordinary care patients, the implementation of nursing care in patients with craniocerebral trauma can help patients with timely treatment, reduce the pain of patients.
