浅析预见性护理对阴道分娩产后出血患者的临床效果影响

Simple Analysis the Clinical Effect of Foreseeing Nursing for Vaginal Delivery of Postpartum Hemorrhage Patients

目的探讨预见性护理对阴道分娩产后出血患者的临床效果。方法将我院68例阴道分娩产妇随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以预见性护理。结果观察组产妇产后出血发生率、产后2 h出血量以及产后24 h出血量优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对阴道分娩产后出血患者实施预见性护理,能够有效减少产妇阴道分娩后的出血量和出血率,提高产妇安全性。

Objective To investigate the foreseeing nursing of the clinical effect of vaginal delivery postpartum hemorrhage patients. Methods 68 cases of vaginal delivery women were randomly divided into control group and observation group in our hospital, the control group received usual nursing, observation group received nursing nursing. Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum 2 h hemorrhage volume postpartum 24 h hemorrhage volume in observation group was superior to control group, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implement foreseeing nursing in patients with vaginal delivery postpartum hemorrhage, can effectively reduce the postpartum hemorrhage volume and postpartum hemorrhage rate, improve the safety of pregnant women.
