临床护理路径在结核性胸膜炎患者中的应用效果观察

Observation Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Tuberculous Pleurisy Patients

目的观察临床护理路径在结核性胸膜炎中的应用效果,探讨临床价值。方法 120例结核性胸膜炎患者作为研究对象,将入选120例随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组进行常规护理方法,观察组编写结核性胸膜炎护理路径表,责任护士进行入院宣教,解释路径内容和作用,每日按照路径上的指示进行教育,护士长随时检查患者进展情况。结果观察组健康教育评分(17.01±2.17);护理满意度98.33%高于对照组的(11.32±3.11)、86.67%;住院费用平均(6 615.69±235.62)元少于对照组的(8 352.26±307.42)元(P<0.05)。结论对结核性胸膜炎患者进行临床护理路径,能提高教育质量,降低住院费用,密切护患关系。

Objective To observed the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in tuberculous pleurisy, explored the clinical value. Methods 120 cases of tuberculous pleurisy patients as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group, and control group with routine nursing methods, observation group wrote tuberculous pleurisy nursing pathway table, nurse admission education, explain the path to the content and function, daily according to the directions on the path to carry on the education, the head nurse at any time check the status of patients. Results The observation group health education score（17.01±2.17）. Nursing satisfaction 98.33% higher than that of control group（11.32±3.11）, 86.67%. The average hospitalization expenses（6 615.69±235.62） yuan less than the control group（8 352.26±307.42） yuan（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical nursing pathway in patients with tuberculous pleurisy, can improve the quality of education, reduce hospitalization expenses, close relationship between nurses and patients.
