探讨持续护理质量改进在内分泌科管理中的应用效果

To Explore the Effect of Continuous Nursing Quality Improvement in the Management of Department of Endocrinology

目的探讨持续护理质量改进在内分泌科管理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1~12月在我院内分泌科住院患者80例,将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组患者40例。其中对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上经持续护理质量改进,对两组患者的护理效果进行观察比较。结果由本次调查结果可知,观察组患者护理满意率高于对照组,操作方案正确率高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论持续护理质量改进在内分泌科管理中具有较好的应用效果,可提高患者的护理满意率,提高操作方案的正确率,进而更好的促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous quality improvement of care in endocrinology management. Methods 80 patients hospitalized Endocrinology from January to December 2014 in our hospital, the patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group of 40 patients. Which implement routine care of patients in the control group, the observation group were often on the basis of continuous improvement of quality of care, nursing effects were observed and compared two groups of patients. Results From the results of this survey, the observation group patient care satisfaction rate was higher, higher than the rate of operation of the program correctly, compare the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuity of care quality improvement has better effect in Endocrinology management, it can be widely used.
