乳腺癌根治术后腹部皮瓣乳房再造32例临床护理探讨

Study on Clinical Nursing for Abdominal Skin Flap Breast Reconstruction After Radical Mastectomy of 32 Cases Breast Cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌根治术后腹部皮瓣乳房再造的临床护理措施。方法选取我院乳腺癌根治术后应用腹部皮瓣乳房再造治疗的64例患者作为研究病例,其中32例应用外科手术常规护理(对照组),另32例应用乳腺癌根治术后乳房再造针对性护理(观察组),对比分析两组并发症和乳房再造成功率。结果观察组并发症发生率(15.63%)和乳房再造成功率(93.75%)与对照组相比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论针对性护理措施能够满足乳腺癌根治术后腹部皮瓣乳房再造恢复,提高乳房再造成功率。

Objective To discuss the clinical nursing measures of breast reconstruction after radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods 64 cases of abdominal skin flap breast reconstruction after radical mastectomy were selected as the research objects. 32 cases were treated by surgical operation with routine nursing（control group）. The other 32 cases were treated by breast reconstruction after radical mastectomy with targeted nursing（observation group）. The success rates of breast reconstruction were compared between two groups. Results In observation group, the incidence of complications was（15.63%） and breast reconstruction success rate was（93.75%）, when compared with the control group, P〈0.05, the differences were significant. Conclusion The targeted nursing measures can meet the recovery of breast reconstruction after breast cancer radical mastectomy and improve the success rate of breast reconstruction.
