57例小儿发热惊厥的护理体会

Nursing Experience of 57 Cases of Febrile Convulsion in Children

目的对小儿发热惊厥的护理体会进行总结,分析对小儿发热惊厥护理时应当注意的事项。方法选取2014年6月1日~2015年5月31日我院收治的小儿发热惊厥患儿,共计57例,对其给予综合护理干预,并对护理效果进行观察分析。结果经过治疗和护理干预,57例患儿的病情都能够获得明显的缓解,平均发热时间为（6.3±1.8）d,在住院期间57例患者中有11例患儿有再发惊厥情况,经治疗和护理有所缓解。结论对小儿发热惊厥患者提供更具针对性的护理干预,能够同治疗相辅相成,对获得更好的治疗效果,保障患儿的生命安全具有重要意义。

Objective The nursing experience of children with febrile convulsion was summarized, and the matters that should be paid attention to during the nursing of children with febrile convulsion were analyzed. Methods Select from June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2015 children with infantile fever convulsion of our hospital, a total of 57 cases, give the comprehensive nursing intervention, and analyzing the nursing effect were observed. Results After treatment and nursing intervention, 57 cases of illness can obtain obvious relief, average heating time was（6.3±1.8） d, 57 patients during hospitalization of 11 cases with recurrence convulsions, ease after treatment and care. Conclusion Patients with infantile fever convulsion to provide more targeted nursing intervention, with treatment can supplement each other, to get better treatment effect, to ensure the safety of the patient＇s life is of great significance.
