优质护理在儿科住院患者中的应用

Application of High Quality Nursing in Pediatric Patients

目的观察优质护理在儿科护理中的临床应用价值。方法采用访谈调查法,调查2015年1月以来我附属医院儿科住院患者。结果儿科护理面对的是一个特殊的群体,对护士的技术操作水平、责任心、服务水平等要求较高,优质护理显得十分重要。实施优质护理后,家长满意度提高、护患纠纷发生率下降、护患关系更加和谐。结论通过提高护理质量和护理水平,改善护士服务态度等措施,能够提高患者及家属的满意度。

Objective To observe the clinical application value of high quality nursing in pediatric nursing. Methods The interview survey method was used to investigate the patients hospitalized in our hospital since January 2015. Results Pediatric nursing is a special group, the level of technical operation, responsibility, service level and so on are very important for nursing. After the implementation of high quality care, the parents＇ satisfaction is improved, the incidence rate of nurse patient disputes and nurse patient relationship are more harmonious. Conclusion Improving the nursing quality and nursing level, improve the service attitude of nursesand other measures, can improve the patient and family satisfaction.
