精神分裂症患者再住院224例临床资料探索

Clinical Data of 224 Cases of Schizophrenia Patients in Hospital

目的探讨研究精神分裂症患者复发的相关因素。方法回顾分析我院在2008年10月~2012年10月收治的224例精神分裂症患者的相关资料。结果在224例精神病患者中,有59例患者属于初次发生精神病,有165例患者属于复发性精神病;有66例属于具有阳性家族史的患者,有158例属于具有阴性家族史患者;同时,在224患者中有161例患者因神志不清私自减少药物,有63例患者无需药物治疗;有159例患者因精神病而无人照顾,有65例患者有人照顾。结论精神病患者缺乏护理干预和家人的照顾,使患者在神志不清的情况下私自减少或者停止服药,是精神分裂症复发的关键因素,所以加强患者的药物服用,可以有效预防患者精神分裂症的复发。

Objective To study the related factors of the recurrence of schizophrenia. Methods A retrospective analysis 224 cases of patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from October 2008 to October2012. Results In 224 cases of psychiatric patients, there were 59 patients belong to the first occurrence of mental illness, 165 patients belong to recurrent psychosis, 66 cases belonging to the patients with positive family history, there are 158 cases with negative family history of the patient, at the same time, in 224 patients have 161 patients due to confusion without reducing drug, 63 patients without drug therapy, 159 patients with mental illness and no one to take care of, 65 cases of patients with someone to take care of. Conclusion Mental patients lack of nursing intervention and family care, so that patients in the delirious privately to reduce or stop the medication is the key factors for relapse of schizophrenia. Therefore, to strengthen the drugs in patients taking can effectively prevent schizophrenic patients with recurrence.
