摘要
主要介绍了芳烃装置工艺概况和重整油分离塔C801塔底热量采用的控制方案、存在的问题、新热量控制方案,并重点介绍了总热值和凝水流量设定值的计算公式。通过优化控制,使塔底的两个热源建立耦合关系,凝水流量的设定值随重芳烃塔C803的变化及时调整,不仅降低了劳动强度,还降低了蒸汽消耗,节约了生产成本。
The processes outline for aromatics plant,and existing heat control scheme,problems and new heat control scheme for reformate separation column C801 bottom were introduced,with emphasis on the calculation formulas of gross calorific value,and setpoint of condensate water flow. Through optimizing the control,coupling relationship was built between the two heat sources at bottoms of the column,and the set point of condensate flow was adjusted timely with the change of heavy aromatics column C803,which not only reduces the labor intensity,but also reduces steam consumption,saving production costs.
