物流管理理论在管道供热系统优化中的应用

摘要 随着中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司(以下简称上海石化)第一联合装置投入生产,其公用工程中的蒸汽系统也并入上海石化的热网系统,对上海石化的热网系统冲击较大,影响热网系统的安全和经济运行。通过引入物流管理供应链体系和供应链结构树状图,全面分析上海石化供热管网系统及其蒸汽输送模式,找出热网系统的薄弱点,提出优化改造的建议和方法,并根据需求预测,提出供热设备事先投运优化法,同时也为上海石化其他长输管线的安全运行分析和管线优化提供参考。 With the first united unit of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.( the "SPC ") putting into normal production,its steam system was also incorporated into the heating network system of SPC,which exerted high effect on the safe and economic operation of the heating network system. By introducing the logistics supply chain management system,with the supply chain structure dendrogram analysis,the heating network system and steam delivery mode in SPC were comprehensively analyzed,to identify weak points of the first united unit for heating network system,so as toraise proposals on optimization transformation. It also provides reference for the safe operation analysis and pipeline optimization of other long- distance pipelines of SPC.
