摘要
分析了中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司塑料部两套高压低密度聚乙烯装置能耗的构成,针对影响装置能耗的主要因素,采用调整反应压力、调整压缩比、技术改造、合理控制和充分利用反应热等方法,有效地降低了高压低密度聚乙烯装置的能耗。
Based on analysis of the energy consumption structure of two high pressure Low Density Polyethylene( LDPE) units in Plastics Division of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,it was concluded that the main factors affecting energy consumption of units were consumption of electricity and steam. Through adjustment of reaction pressure and compression ratio,technological innovation,rational control,and full use of the reaction heat,the energy consumption of high pressure LDPE units was reduced effectively.
