摘要
介绍了夹送辊的自动辊缝控制(AGC)、速度控制,进而从受力的角度分析了夹送辊的磨损,通过实际图例说明了原夹送辊控制方式对夹送辊磨损程度的影响,并且提出了对夹送辊控制时序改进的方案,使用改进后的控制方式,夹送辊的更换频率从原来的每一个月更换一次下降到每三个月更换一次,大幅降低了夹送辊的损耗。
This paper introducedthe automatic gap control(AGC) andspeed control of coiler' s pinch roll, pointedout the defects of the controland how to optimize and improve them. It was also scientifically evaluated the value of improving by analyzing the stress of pinch roll. The change frequencyof pinch roll decreasedfrom once every month 1month to once every 3 months, greatly decreasingthe abrasion of the pinch roll.
