胰腺腺鳞癌一例

摘要患者男性，48岁，糖尿病史7年。因中上腹部疼痛2个月于2014年3月27日就诊我院。入院查体：皮肤、巩膜无黄染，浅表淋巴结无肿大，上腹部轻压痛，未触及具体肿块。
