摘要
[目的 /意义]揭示微信平台中大学生社会关系强度研究的现状,探究社会关系强度对不同知识共享行为的影响,推动微信平台的服务定位和质量提升。[方法 /过程]选取腾讯微信平台,采用互动频度、持续时间、情感强度、互惠程度、亲密性/亲近度5个因素,测量大学生之间的社会关系强度,将其自动聚类为强关系与弱关系两类,进一步探讨其对浏览、发帖、回帖等知识共享行为的影响。同时分析微信平台中大学生不同关系类型下知识共享行为的不同特征。[结果 /结论]实证调研结果表明:社会关系强度与浏览行为不相关,与发帖行为、回帖行为均显著正相关,强关系具有较多的发帖与回帖行为;大学生微信知识共享行为中存在独特的社会关系差序格局。
[Purpose / significance]Based on the Wechat platform,this paper explores the current situation of the strength of social relations in college students' knowledge sharing behavior,reveals the influence of the strength of social relations on diffrent knowledge sharing behavior to promote better service orientation and quality improvement. [Method /process]This paper selected Wechat as a platform with five factors to measure the strength of social relations among undergraduates,such as interactive frequency,lasting time,emotional strength,reciprocal degree and closeness of relationships. Based on the results,we discussed about the influence of the strength of social relations on undergraduates' browsing,posting and replying behavior in Wechat. At the sametime,the relationship types were also taken into account. [Result / conclusion]The findings of this study show that there is nocorrelation between the strength of social relations and browsing behavior. There are significant positive correlations between social relations,posting and replaying respectively.There is a unique differential pattern of social relations in undergraduates' Wechat knowledge sharing behavior.
