摘要
为提高钢筋混凝土管片的抗裂性能和服役寿命,本文依托望京高铁隧道大直径盾构研究项目阐述盾构钢纤维钢筋混凝土管片的结构设计,通过对比钢纤维钢筋混凝土管片和钢筋混凝土管片的设计结果和成本优势,得出增加钢纤维减少钢筋用量不但降低成本,而且减小混凝土裂缝宽度达26%,提升管片耐久性.钢纤维钢筋混凝土管片设计在国内是个创新,可为地下轨交建设钢纤维混凝土预制管片一类工程的实际应用提供理论支持.
To improve crack resistance and service life of concrete reinforcement segments,the thesis introduces structural design of steel fiber combined reinforcement concrete segments based on big diameter shield tunnel research of Wangjing high speed railway. By comparing design results and the costs between steel fiber combined reinforcement concrete segments and reinforcement concrete segments, we conclude that when adding steel fiber and reducing reinforcement, it not only reduces the cost, but also narrows 26% of the crack width, thus improving its durability. The design of steel fiber combined with reinforcement concrete segments, which is new in our country, can provide a theoretical support for practice of the steel fiber concrete segment in construction of rail transit understructure.
