心脑宁胶囊治疗冠状动脉支架植入术后再发心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical study on Xinnnaoning capsule on the treatment of angina pectoris after coronary artery stent implantation

目的评价心脑宁胶囊对冠状动脉支架植入术后再发心绞痛气滞血瘀型患者的临床疗效。方法选择2012年6月至2014年6月中国中医科学院西苑医院门诊诊断为冠心病支架植入术后再发心绞痛辨证为气滞血瘀型的患者160例,随机分为治疗组(常规西药治疗+心脑宁胶囊)80例和对照组(常规西药治疗)80例,疗程均为8周。结果治疗组和对照组患者的心绞痛治疗有效率分别为86.3%和61.3%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主要临床症状方面,治疗组患者的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后心电图均有改善,但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心脑宁胶囊对气滞血瘀型冠状动脉支架植入术后心绞痛有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Xinnaoning （XNN） capsule on the treatment of angina pectoris of qi-blood stagnation after coronary artery stent implantation （CASI）. Methods Totally 160 cases of angina pectoris of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type after the operation of CASI were randomly divided into two groups ： the treatment group （ n = 80） and the control group （ n = 80）. The patients in the two groups were given the conventional treatment, and the XNN capsule was added to the therapy of the treat- ment group, the period of treatment was 8 weeks. Results The effective rate of the treatment and control groups was 86.3 percent and 61.3 percent,respectively （P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group had better effect than the control group in improving primary clinical symptoms （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were improvement in electrocardiogram of the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion XNN capsule has better effect in treating angina pectoris after the operation of CASI.
