摘要
目的探索安氟醚吸入麻醉在巴马小型猪研究中的应用。方法取10只巴马小型猪随机分成麻醉组和手术组,每组各5只。两组均实施安氟醚吸入麻醉。麻醉组吸入麻醉维持60 min,手术组施小肠截断及吻合术。取吸入麻醉前1个时间点(T0),维持麻醉5个时间点(T1-T5),麻醉复苏2个时间点(T6-T7),并记录各时间点T、MAP、HR、反射及痛觉变化。结果 T随麻醉时间延长而降低,且在停吸后的10 min内仍继续下降,但下降幅度较小;MAP随麻醉深度增加而下降,停吸后逐渐回升,但幅度不大;HR随麻醉深度及时间的延长而上升,T3时刻出现最大值,而后下降;各项反射在维持麻醉中均不明显,麻醉复苏期间逐步恢复;麻醉全程均未出现疼痛反射。结论在巴马小型猪的科学研究中,安氟醚吸入麻醉是一种理想的麻醉方法。
Objective To explore the application of enflurane inhalation anesthesia in the experiments using bama miniature pigs. Methods Totally 10 miniature pigs were separated into two groups equally, as anesthesia group and operation group using the enflurane. Maintenance of anesthesia was 60 minutes in the anesthesia group. The intestine operation of cutting off and anastomosis was made in the operation group. The temperature, the mean arterial blood pressure, the heart rate, the reflection and the algesthesia of the miniature pigs were recorded at different time set points, which were one time set point (To ) before inhalation anesthesia, five time set points ( T1 -T5 ) during inhalation anesthesia and two time set points ( T6-T7 ) at anesthesia recovery. Results The temperature was getting lower as anesthesia time goes by, still during anesthesia recovery 10 minutes at a smaller extent. The MAP was getting lower as the increasing of anesthesia depth, and was getting higher during anesthesia recovery in a not sharp extent. The HR was getting higher as the increasing of anesthesia depth. The Maximum appeared at T3 set point, and then getting low. All kinds of reflections were hardly observed, and regained at anesthesia recovery. The nociceptive reflex did not happen during the whole anesthesia period. Conclusion The enflurane inhalation anesthesia was an adapted method in the experiment of bama miniature pigs.
