For production status of sintering machine and material condition, it analyses the main factors which influences the sintering solid fuel consumption, through a thick layer sintering and other advanced technologies, technical innovation and use of new equipment to continuously reduce the sintering solid fuel consumption. That cost decreasing and benefit increasing, energy conservation and emissions reduction effect is remarkable.
