六次甲基四胺还原光度法测定铁合金中的锰含量

摘要 提出并着重研究了六次甲基四胺作为高锰酸的褪色还原剂的分析条件,据此建立了用六次甲基四胺还原制作参比的高碘酸盐氧化分光光度法测定铁合金中低含量锰的分析方法。研究表明:锰浓度在1.0~25μg/m L范围内与其吸光度呈良好线性关系。对于锰含量在0.05%~5%的钢铁及硅铁、钛铁、钨铁、钒铁、硅钡、硅铝合金、硅钡铝等铁合金,样品的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)小于2.5%,回收率在99.5%~101.9%之间。 The analysis conditions on the use of hexamine to fade as the reducing agent of permanganate were proposed and studied in this paper. Based on this to establish the analytical method for the determination of low content of Mn in ferroalloys with the periodate oxidation photometric method. The results showed that the concentration of Mn in the range of 1.0 ~25.0 μg/m L exhibited good linear relationship to the absorbance. The proposed method was used to the determination of steel and ferroalloys such as ferrosilicon, ferrotitanium, ferrotungsten, ferrovanadium, silicon barium alloy,silicon-barium-aluminium alloy with mass fraction of 0.05%~5% for Mn. The relative standard deviation(RSD, n=9) was less than 1.85%, the recoveries in the range of 99.5%~101.9%.
