抗神经节苷脂抗体与吉兰-巴雷综合征关系的研究进展
Research progress of relationship between anti--ganglioside antibodies and Guillain--Barre syndrome
摘要
吉兰-巴雷综合征（Guillain—Barre Syndrome，GBS）是一种感染后自身免疫性周围神经病，临床特点为对称性肢体无力、反射减弱或消失，交叉免疫和分子模拟在其发病机制中占主导作用。抗神经节苷脂抗体与GBS的发病机制、病理生理及临床表现等密切相关。现对抗神经节苷脂抗体在GBS中作用的研究进展作一综述。
