《临床护理思维训练》课程对在校高职护生临床决策能力的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨《临床护理思维训练》课程对在校高职护生临床决策能力的影响。方法通过整群随机抽样的方法,随机抽取我校二年级高职护生378名,在即将下临床前进行30学时《临床护理思维训练》课程培训。通过问卷调查的方法,分别在培训前后对其临床决策能力进行测量。结果在校高职护生培训后在临床决策能力总分及发现问题、确定目标、决断方案、评价反馈这4个维度能力与培训前比较有显著性提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在实施决策能力方面前后无明显差异(P>0.05);培训后不及格人数从培训前50.80%降低至21.70%(P<0.05)。结论《临床护理思维训练》课程可提高在校高职护生临床决策能力水平。 Objective To discuss the influence of the course of Clinical Nursing Thinking Training on the higher vocational nursing students' clinical decision- making ability in college. Methods A cluster random sampling of 378 sophomores were investigated by questionnaire,to measure their clinical decision- making ability before and after the course of Clinical Nursing Thinking Training. Results Compared the scores before and after the course,there were significantly increased in the total score of clinical decision- making ability,and also in the dimensions of discovering questions,setting goal,determining solutions,evaluating and feedback ability( P〈0. 05); but there were no significant change in the score of carrying out decision ability dimension( P〉0. 05). 50. 80% students failed in the questionnaires before the course and the rate was reduced to 21. 70% after the course( P〉0. 05). Conclusion The course of Clinical Nursing Thinking Training could improve the clinical decision- making ability of higher vocational nursing students in college.
