目前商用车行业正面临着吸引、培训、留住技术维修人员和经销商员工的全球性挑战。中国也不例外，中国传统的服务技师培训课程还无法赶上车辆技术快速前行的步伐。
Sept. 19, 2015, the first competition of the Asia ond Pocific Region finols of ＂Scania Top Team＂---an biennial event, kicked off Qf Scania＇s direct- sale store in Guangzhou, Guangdong province. 8 teams will compete for the finals, while the other 7 teams will also start to compete for the finals on Sept. 26, and 27, 2015.
