摘要
面对目前我国学生体质下降、情感教育缺失以及道德教育失效的现状,校本课程的开发、设计并未有效地解决和抑制这些问题。从抑制学生身心弱化的价值性、体育学科自身的规律性以及实现学生理性自由的目的性3方面论述强制体育合理推进合理性与必然性并根据我国的现实情况提出法定性强制、规范性强制和规律性强制的实践措施。认为坚持体育的强制性是回应社会现实与社会发展使命的必然选择,站在国家建设与安全问题高度上的中国学校体育,保持强制与自由之间必要的张力,学校强制体育的合理推进,是破解我国学校体育课程改革的困境,保障学校体育政策法规得以落实的有效的教育手段和动力。
The development and the design of school-based curriculum fail to solve and constrain the problems of current situations i. e. the decline of students' fitness,the lack of emotional education,and the failure of moral education. This paper analyzes the rationality and the necessity of compulsory physical education in school from the perspectives of the concept of education,the growth of individual,the state wills,and the discipline of physical education,and so on. Moreover,it is believed that insistence of China school physical education is the inevitable choice of social reality and social development mission. From the views of national construction and national security,China school physical education keeps necessary flexibility between compulsory and option,and insists on the compulsory rationality. Furthermore,China school physical education is an effective means of education and motivation in order to solve the dilemma of school physical education curriculum reform,and achieve free individual basic education.
