“三社联动”社会工作专业主体性建构研究——基于江西的经验

Study on Social Work Professional Subjectivity Construction of the“linkage of community, social organization and social worker”——Based on the Experience in Jiangxi

"三社联动"是我国社区治理体制创新的重要举措。本研究超越往常研究关注社区、社会组织、社会工作平行的互动逻辑与矛盾,集中探究"三社联动"中的社会工作者专业主体性问题。研究发现,社会工作是社会建设中最人性化的,最具生命意识的专业因素;在"三社联动"中,社会工作者通过角色嵌入,在协商民主、心理援助、社区矫治、信访维稳、困境救助等社会治理领域发挥了重要作用。在与社区干部、社会组织人员团结协作的过程中,社会工作者始终保持专业的独立性与引领性,通过强调社会工作的价值伦理、专业理论和技术三方面的运用,实现了专业主体性的建构。

'Linkage of community, social organization and social worker'is the important measure of our country's community governance system innovation. Beyond the previous research, those which focus on parallel interactive logic and contradictions of community, social organizations, and social work,this research concentrated explores the professional subjectivity problem of social workers of'linkage of community, social organization and social worker'. The study found that social workers are the most human,and the most professional elements of life consciousness in society construction. In'linkage of community, social organization and social worker', social workers have played an important role on the deliberative democracy, psychological aid, community correction, letters of condolence, trouble relief, and other areas of the social governance by role of embedded. Social workers keep the professional independence and leading, in the process of collaboration with community cadres and social organization. Social workers realize the professional subjectivity construction by emphasizing the three aspects use of the social work value ethics, the professional theory and technology.
