血液透析患者心理状态相关因素的分析

Psychological state influencing factors analysis in hemodialysis patients

目的对血液透析患者的心理状况进行调查，探讨血液透析患者心理状况的相关因素。方法对68例血液透析患者和30名健康体检人群采用焦虑自评量表、艾森克人格问卷、生存质量问卷及社会支持量表进行心理测试，对两组数据进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者焦虑自评量表、客观支持量表及内外倾向性N量表得分均高于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；生存质量问卷、主观支持量表和支持利用度量表得分均低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血液透析患者心理状况较差，与多种因素有关，临床应从多方面干预影响心理健康的因素，帮助患者恢复良好的心理健康状况。

Objective To investigate the psychological status of hemodialysis patients and explore its influencing factors. Methods Totals of 68 hemodialysis patients and 30 healthy physical examination persons were selected to investigate psychological states by anxiety self-rating scale, Eysenck personality questionnaire, the quality of life questionnaire and social support scale, and data was statistically analyzed. Results Scores of control group were higher than those of the experimental group in anxiety self-rating scale, objective support scale, internal and external tendency N scale （P 〈 0.05）, but they were lower than scores of the experimental group in survive quality questionnaire, subjective support Scale and support utilized degree scale （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Hemodialysis patients with poor psychological state are impacted multiple factors. The influencing factors should be intervened comprehensively in clinical, in order to help patients recovery well for mental health.
