脑卒中患者转移裤的制作与应用体会

Production and application of pants for transfer in stroke people

脑卒中患者的康复治疗周期较长,尤其是康复早期,偏瘫肢体处在软瘫期,患者的护理、转移是个大问题。很多病人在早期都需要2~3个人同时照顾,但仍难免发生各种磕碰、摩擦。其人力、物力、财力对家庭、对社会都是考验。为了帮助脑卒中患者更好的转移,我们专门制作了转移裤,经过不断改进、临床应用,证明其不仅使用方便,提高了转移效率及安全性,更降低了照顾成本,节省了人、财、物力。为此,我们希望能够在康复中推广,帮助更多的患者。

It＇s a long time for stroke people＇s rehabilitation. Especially in the early age,hemiplegia limbs were flaccid paralysis,with in which the care,transfer is a big problem. Many patients in the early days all need 2 ~ 3 people at the same time to take care of,but still occurred something unavoidably,such as knock,friction,and so on. The human,physical and financial resources to the family and society are all challenges. In order to help stroke patients transfer better,we specially made a pants for transfer,through continuous improvement and clinical application,we prove it is not only easy to use,improve the transfer efficiency and safety,reducing the costs of care,but also to save people,money and material resources. So we hope to get a promotion in the rehabilitation and help more patients.
